Many caregivers experience stresses in managing their own affairs as well as caring for a family member or friend. How a caregiver copes with these emotions can greatly impact their own health and care giving abilities.

Yoga can reduce stress by releasing tension and relaxing the mind and body. Join us for this special event for caregivers as we learn gentle yoga positions which can be done in a chair and others that can be done while standing.
